1st Hong Kong Inter-school Karatedo Tournament
The very first school-based karate competition in Hong Kong. We are glad to see our members actively participating in the competition, experiencing the new scoring system and preparing themselves for the upcoming competitions.
Competition is just part of the karate journey. We are learning how to deal with pressure, believing in yourself and performing your best. We believe you all are winners to yourself, because you are brave enough to go on the tatami to perform what you learned.
BTW, thank you so much for members who volunteered in running of tatami during the competition.

空手道比賽初次進入校園，開心見到研心社學員積極參與，可嘗試全新評分方法，並為未來比賽作準備。
感謝各位學員/家長支持！ 比賽是人生一部份，要學會面對壓力，要明白要贏人先要贏自己，獎牌是額外收穫，有奬牌的別太自滿，沒奬牌的請別否定自己，能夠在比賽場上展示自己所學已是一種勝利，請為自己嘅努力鼓掌！
